I’m Tiffany, a registered yoga and meditation guide, mother, and the heart behind Soulanna Wellness, where mindfulness meets motherhood. My holistic wellness journey began after a series of life-changing moments that deeply impacted my mental and physical health and reshaped how I cared for myself.
A move across the country introduced me to spiritual and mindfulness practices that helped me slow down, reconnect, and heal—supporting my emotional, physical, and mental well-being during seasons of transition and becoming a mother. Through these practices, I’ve learned how powerful it can be to nurture the mind-body connection, especially while holding space for new identities, responsibilities, and rhythms of life.
Today, Soulanna is a space for women, mothers (and those becoming mothers) to breathe, move, and feel supported. I create inspiring yet practical yoga flows and mindfulness practices for beginner and intermediate students—designed to fit real life, tender moments, and busy days. Whether you’re practicing at home, joining a private session, or simply pausing with me for a mindful conversation, my hope is that Soulanna helps you feel more grounded, compassionate, and connected—to yourself and your journey.
