Natural Ways to Alleviate Anxiety

So, I have a little secret. Most of the time I look hella calm and happy, but in reality, I fight an internal battle with anxiety and depression on the daily. Sometimes these things cause me to leave work or class early or even worse cancel plans with friends and family. It’s not the easy to deal with at all, but with a few lifestyle changes I have managed to cope.
